We’re growing our team

Help us grow the Czech and Slovak cybersecurity community. For more than 13 years, Qubit Conference® has connected experts, technology leaders and companies through conferences and educational events focused on cybersecurity. In Slovakia we have built a strong, loyal community of professionals who return to our events regularly. Now we want to grow our presence in the Czech Republic even more, and we are looking for someone who will help us get closer to the Czech community too.

If you enjoy sales, communicating with people and building long-term relationships, this role could be just right for you. It is not only about selling conference tickets - we are looking for someone who will help us expand the community of experts, connect interesting people and build lasting relationships in a field that is crucial for the future of technology and business.

What your work will involve

  • communicating with prospective and existing conference attendees by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and in person,
  • selling participation in professional cybersecurity conferences and educational events,
  • working with our database of existing contacts and delegates who love to return,
  • actively seeking new business opportunities and attendees,
  • building long-term relationships with IT, cybersecurity and technology professionals,
  • attending conferences, networking events and other community gatherings,
  • collaborating with the marketing and event team,
  • recording communication and sales activities in the CRM system,
  • gradually getting involved in partner and sponsorship cooperation.

Who we’re looking for

You might be exactly who we’re looking for if:

  • you enjoy communication and working with people,
  • you are not afraid to make calls and lead business conversations,
  • you can build trust and long-term relationships,
  • you are proactive, independent and enjoy finding new opportunities,
  • you want to grow in modern B2B sales,
  • you speak Czech or Slovak at a professional level,
  • and you speak English at least at B2 level.

Experience in sales, account management, customer care, events or B2B is an advantage. An interest in technology, artificial intelligence or cybersecurity is a big plus, but not a requirement - what matters more is the willingness to learn and to find your way in an industry with enormous potential.

Why you might enjoy this role

You’ll be part of our growth in the Czech market

In Slovakia we have built a strong position. In the Czech Republic we see great potential and are looking for someone who will help us grow and strengthen both communities.

You’ll work with a community that keeps coming back

Many of our delegates attend our events repeatedly. Alongside reaching new contacts, you will build relationships with people who have trusted our conferences for years.

You’ll meet the leaders in the field

Our conferences feature leading experts in cybersecurity, AI and new technologies. You will have the chance to meet the people shaping the future of these fields and gain valuable contacts and knowledge.

You’ll learn from experienced colleagues

You will become part of a small, experienced and well-coordinated team. From day one you will work with a Senior Sales & Community Manager who will support and mentor you and help you develop your sales and communication skills.

You won’t just sell conferences - you’ll experience them

Part of the job is attending our events as well as selected conferences in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and abroad. Networking and in-person meetings are an important part of building relationships and successful sales.

You’ll work in one of today’s most promising industries

Cybersecurity and artificial intelligence are among the fastest-growing fields today. Through this role you will gain insight into topics that will shape the future of companies and technology.

What we offer
