I have more than 30 years of experience in various executive and managerial positions, mainly in the banking sector, including branch network management, operations management and call center management, development of a central banking system, development and deployment of an application for handling customer requests, business analysis, and robotic process analysis.

For the past 10 years, I have been working as a Business Continuity Manager, a role I also hold at BVS a.s., where I am responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive BCM lifecycle – business impact analyses, creation of BC plans, testing, and training.

The main objective is to achieve a level of resilience and preparedness that ensures the functionality of processes classified as part of critical infrastructure and the provision of critical essential services – the supply of drinking water and wastewater treatment.

I am certified BC manager by The Business Continuity Institute (2016 CBCI, 2019 AMBCI) and ATO certified BCM according to ISO 22301 (2025).
