Jozef Uroda

Over the course of several years, Jozef has built his professional career in the field of information security. He has held roles as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) system administrator, later focusing on the governance and policy aspects of information security, and subsequently on risk management within this domain.

He currently serves as the Head of ICT Risk and Resilience. His responsibilities include ownership of the ICT Risk framework, business continuity management, coordination of DORA requirements implementation, GDPR support, and employee security awareness and training.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in implementing ICT Risk Management in compliance with EBA and DORA regulatory requirements, developing security awareness programs for both employees and customers, and preparing and testing organizational resilience scenarios, including exercises focused on cyber incidents and operational continuity.
