Katarina Krockova

Katarína Kročková is a data protection expert who has been working in the field since 2013. In 2016, she founded KROČKA & PARTNERS, where she provides consultancy services and comprehensive solutions for GDPR implementation. She works closely with experts in cybersecurity and information security and helps organisations manage risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence.

An important part of her professional practice is educating children about privacy protection and online safety, which she considers particularly important in today's digital age. She promotes children's digital literacy through her non-profit organisation, Metis. She delivers interactive training sessions for primary school pupils on the safe use of the internet and social media. Through practical examples, she teaches children how to protect their personal data, recognise online threats and navigate the digital world responsibly.

She is the co-author of the following publications: Case Law in Employment Matters (2018), Case Law on the Management of Business Companies (2020), and Decisions in Personal Data Protection Matters (2026).
