Jan Valo

He has 25 years in IT, over 20 of which in various security areas, and as he himself admits, it left its mark.

From his first steps in network security after the turn of the millennium, he has worked his way up to designing complex security architectures, where he now combines knowledge from many positions and projects into a whole that works even outside of whiteboards.

He currently monitors where security is going and what it means for protecting modern infrastructures. He can distinguish between security that works and security that just looks good on slides.
