Please read carefully this Statement of the Speaker/Panelist/Trainer, which governs the terms and conditions of your participation in Qubit Conference® Prague 2025, and is governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.

Qubit Conference®, operating under QuBit Security s.r.o. with its registered office at J. Kozáčeka 2, 96001 Zvolen, ID No. 47717505, info@qubitconference.com (from now on referred to as the “Organizer”) reserves the right to change the program or the exact timing of your presentation. Any changes made to the program will be promptly communicated to you and must be respected. We warrant that all authors will be properly credited in the materials and that none of the materials presented in the lecture will infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or trade secret, violate any right of privacy, contain any defamatory material, or infringe or violate any other rights of any other person or entity.

By submitting the form below, you agree to:

• deliver a presentation in English (or a pre-recorded recording) on a pre-agreed topic at Qubit Conference® Prague 2025,
• attend the QA session after the lecture (if such attendance has been pre-arranged with you and/or the QA session is listed in the program),
• You will be available for QA during the online broadcast according to the event program (in case of a pre-recorded lecture),
• Your talk will focus exclusively on the professional and educational aspects of the topic,
• You will not present, recommend, or sell any products or services of other companies.

You acknowledge that:

• you are not entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for your attendance at the conference,
• Your presentation will be provided to all conference participants in pdf. format,
• you have the right to attend every other lecture at the Qubit Conference® Prague 2025,
• you have free access to all accompanying networking events and free all-day refreshments,
• the organizer may use the audiovisual recording and images from your presentation to publish them on its website and social media profiles. This license is valid worldwide and is granted for an indefinite period. You have the right to object to such publication by emailing info@qubitconference.com.
