Ing. Radoslav Štefánek

Štátny tajomník Ministerstva investícií, regionálneho rozvoja a informatizácie Slovenskej republiky a splnomocnenec vlády Slovenskej republiky pre oblasť umelej inteligencie

Ing. Radoslav Štefánek je skúsený líder v oblasti digitálnej transformácie a inovácií vo verejnej správe. Špecializuje sa na strategické riadenie a krízový manažment, pričom dlhodobo pôsobí na kľúčových pozíciách v štátnej správe aj vo verejných podnikoch.
Na Ministerstve investícií, regionálneho rozvoja a informatizácie SR vedie hlavné agendy digitálnej transformácie verejnej správy vrátane informačných technológií, inovácií a kybernetickej bezpečnosti. Zodpovedá za strategickú koordináciu, tvorbu politík a efektívnu implementáciu priorít rezortu. Na základe uznesenia vlády Slovenskej republiky č. 368 zo 4. júla 2025 bol vymenovaný za splnomocnenca vlády Slovenskej republiky pre oblasť umelej inteligencie.
V minulosti pôsobil ako generálny riaditeľ Železníc Slovenskej republiky (2023) a člen predstavenstva či riaditeľ úseku služieb v Železničnej spoločnosti Slovensko (2016 – 2022). Na Ministerstve práce, sociálnych vecí a rodiny SR zastával viaceré riadiace funkcie vrátane riaditeľa kancelárie generálneho tajomníka služobného úradu (2012 – 2016), riaditeľa odboru podpory riadenia a generálneho riaditeľa Inšpekcie v sociálnych veciach (2024 – 2025).
Vyštudoval marketing a manažment na Univerzite Tomáše Bati v Zlíne, kde získal titul inžinier. Ďalšie odborné vzdelanie absolvoval na RISEBA Univerzite aplikovaných vied v Rige so zameraním na projektový manažment.

Marek Zeman

Generálny riaditeľ | Kompetenčné a certifikačné centrum kybernetickej bezpečnosti | Chairman Qubit CISO Clubu | Slovensko

Marek Zeman je expert na informačnú a kybernetickú bezpečnosť. Pôsobí ako generálny riaditeľ Kompetenčného a certifikačného centra kybernetickej bezpečnosti a zároveň prednáša na Fakulte informatiky a informačných technológií Slovenskej technickej univerzity v Bratislave. Má viac ako 20 ročné skúsenosti s riadením informačnej bezpečnosti vo veľkej finančnej inštitúcii, kde pôsobil na pozícii CISO.
Vo výskume sa zameriava na manažment informačnej bezpečnosti, bezpečnostné aspekty moderných technológií, najmä umelej inteligencie, autonómnych systémoch a implementáciu AI v robotickej procesnej automatizácii (RPA).
V rámci dobrovoľníckych aktivít je predsedom CISO Clubu a autorom učebníc a metodík informačnej bezpečnosti pre základné a stredné školy. Jeho profesijným poslaním je systematické budovanie povedomia o informačnej bezpečnosti naprieč spoločnosťou — od technických expertov až po širokú verejnosť.

Jaroslav Ďurovka

Od konca roku 2023 je riaditeľom Národného centra kybernetickej bezpečnosti, ktoré je súčasťou Národného bezpečnostného úradu. Predtým pôsobil ako vrcholový manažér pre informačnú bezpečnosť v telekomunikačnom sektore.

Dušan Petričko

Informačnej bezpečnosti sa venuje viac ako 12 rokov. Na pozícii špecialistu informačnej bezpečnosti v jednej z najväčších slovenských bánk sa z veľkej časti venuje praktickej bezpečnosti a uplatňovaniu bezpečnostných opatrení pri návrhu a revíziách riešení. Konzultuje návrhy, architektúru a implementácie nových technológií. Partnerom približuje spôsob rozmýšľania „bezpečákov“, vysvetľuje opodstatnenosť a prínosy myslenia na bezpečnosť dopredu, z opačnej strany vie demonštrovať dopady nezabezpečenia. Bezpečnosti sa vo svojej roli venuje komplexne – od komunikácie s developermi a architektami, cez bezpečnostné školenia a zvyšovanie povedomia bežných používateľov, testovanie bezpečnostných vlastností riešení, riešenie bezpečnostných incidentov až po komunikáciu s vlastníkmi riešení, dodávateľmi a top manažmentom.

Zároveň pôsobí ako lektor kurzov Manažér kybernetickej bezpečnosti-II Kompetenčného a certifikačného centra kybernetickej bezpečnosti.

Boris Mutina

Cybersec Email Analyst | Excello s.r.o. | Česká republika

Boris je autorom mnohých článkov a odborných publikácií k danej oblasti. Po mnohých rokoch na cestách za kybernetickou bezpečnosťou je teraz Boris šťastný cybersec analytik v spoločnosti Excello. Boris je audítorom a výskumným pracovníkom. Ako freelancer v oblasti bezpečnosti IT spolupracuje s mnohými spoločnosťami v celej Európe. 

Ladislav Šnapko

Certifikovaný audítor KB, certifikovaný manažér KB | KCCKB | Slovensko
Ladislav Šnapko pôsobí ako certifikovaný MKB vo verejnej správe, kde sa zameriava na zlepšovanie procesov riadenia, kontroly a riadenia rizík. Svojou prácou podporuje efektívne fungovanie inštitúcií, zvyšovanie kompetencií zamestnancov a implementáciu moderných prístupov k správe verejných zdrojov. Dlhodobo sa venuje vzdelávaniu, lektorovaniu a poradenstvu, pričom prepája odborné poznatky s praktickými skúsenosťami z riadenia organizácií. Pri školeniach kladie dôraz na dodržiavanie zásad ochrany osobných údajov / GDPR. Pôsobí aj ako audítor kybernetickej a informačnej bezpečnosti. Henrich Šnajder

CISO | Orange Slovensko | Slovensko
Henrich má viac ako 20 rokov skúseností v oblasti IKT v telekomunikačnom priemysle, konkrétne v oblasti telekomunikačnej a IT infraštruktúry a služieb. Posledných 5 rokov zastával pozíciu manažéra informačnej bezpečnosti v spoločnosti Orange Slovensko a.s. Henrich riadi dôležité bezpečnostné projekty, ako je implementácia Centra bezpečnostných operácií (Security Operations Center), monitorovanie bezpečnosti IT a telekomunikačnej infraštruktúry a automatizácia reakcií na incidenty.

Igor Urban

Igor Urban sa pohybuje v oblasti predaja informačnej bezpečnosti už vyše 20 rokov, počas ktorých pracoval ako obchodný zástupca, ako aj obchodný riaditeľ u systémových integrátorov, následne ako výkonný riaditeľ value add distribučnej spoločnosti zameranej na IT bezpečnosť a od roku 2012 pôsobí v spoločnosti Forcepoint ako regioanálny zástupca pre vybrané krajiny východnej Európy.

Daniel Chromek

CISO | ESET | Slovensko

Daniel Chromek, CISA, CISM, CISSP, MBCI je absolvent Fakulty matematiky, fyziky a informatiky Univezity Komenského v Bratislave. Do roku 2009 pôsobil ako security consultant v spoločnosti S&T so zameraním pozície na SIEM systémy, host a network IDS/IPS, incident response, bezpečnostné audity, ochranu osobných údajov. Následne pokračoval v konzultantskej práci pre ESET so zameraním na audity, ochranu osobných údajov a riadenie informačnej bezpečnosti. Od roku 2010 pôsobí ako Chief Information Security Officer, pričom v zodpovednosti má riadenie informačnej bezpečnosti v ESET Group, zaistenie súladu s ISO 27001:2013 a zákonom o kybernetickej bezpečnosti ako aj riadenie kontinuity činností.

Jozef Úroda

ICT & Security risk manažér | Tatra banka  Slovensko

Jozef sa počas niekoľkých rokov profesionálne pohybuje v oblasti informačnej bezpečnosti, prešiel si rolami administrátora Identity and Access management systému, Security Officer, neskôr sa zameral viac na metodickú časť informačnej bezpečnosti, až na riadenie rizík v tej istej oblasti.

V súčasnosti pracuje ako vedúci oddelenia rizika a odolnosti ICT. Medzi jeho zodpovednosti v organizácii patrí vlastníctvo rámca ICT Risk, zodpovednosť za riadenie kontinuity podnikania, podpora GDPR a bezpečnostné vzdelávanie.

Medzi výsledky jeho práce v banke patrí okrem iného implementácia ICT Risk managementu v súlade s novými štandardmi publikovanými EBA, či koncepcia vzdelávania pre zamestnancov, ale aj pre klientov. Budovanie povedomia o bezpečnosti z pohľadu klienta je známe pod značkou #predigitalnubezpecnost.

Martin Kupči

CISO | Tatra banka | Slovensko

Martin sa počas niekoľkých rokov profesionálne pohybuje v oblasti informačnej bezpečnosti. Prešiel si rôznymi oblasťami kybernetickej bezpečnosti – od ochrany infraštruktúry a sietí, cez monitorovanie bezpečnostných incidentov, budovanie SIEM riešení, až po riadenie identít (IAM/PAM) a zabezpečenie aplikácií.

V posledných rokoch pôsobil v Tatra banke ako Security Architekt, kde sa zameriaval na Cloud Security vo verejných cloudových platformách. Súčasťou jeho práce bolo aj zavádzanie moderných bezpečnostných princípov do vývojového cyklu.

V súčasnosti zastáva pozíciu CISO v Tatra banke, kde vedie tím zodpovedný za riadenie informačnej bezpečnosti.

Mária Krahulecová

Spoluzakladeľka QuBit Security | Slovensko

Mária Krahulecová je  spoluzakladateľka spoločnosti QuBit Security, ktorá už viac ako 10 rokov poskytuje vzdelávanie v oblasti informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosti pod značkami Qubit Conference a Qubit Academy. Mária vedie skvelý tím ľudí, ktorý spoločne organizuje kvalitné odborné podujatia rôznych formátov a veľkostí v spolupráci s top odborníkmi na Slovensku aj vo svete. Podporu komunity vzájomným prepájaním jej členov s cieľom zdieľania skúseností, dobrej praxe a vytváranie atmosféry spolupráce vníma aj ako svoje poslanie.

Milan Oselský

Milan je skúsený líder a podnikateľ s medzinárodnou praxou v oblasti umelej inteligencie, strategického riadenia a budovania technologických organizácií. Ako Head of Operations a Country Manager v Amelia (IPsoft) stál pri zrode slovenskej pobočky, ktorú viedol od roku 2016. Vybudoval delivery centrum s vyše 100 zamestnancami, prešiel kompletnou reorganizáciou firmy v roku 2019 a zastrešoval všetky lokálne oblasti – od HR, marketingu až po právne a prevádzkové procesy. Riadil globálne tímy pre kľúčových klientov v EU/USA/APAC, rozvíjal technologické tímy (NW, FW, R&D), reprezentoval firmu na medzinárodných konferenciách a budoval goodwill značky Amelia v slovenskom AI ekosystéme.

V rámci Xolution Robots sa Milan venuje rastu deeptech startupov, návrhu a implementácii AI orchestrácie a inováciám v oblasti enterprise automatizácie. Zameriava sa na prepájanie biznisu s technológiou – od stratégie po prevádzku – a na budovanie škálovateľných riešení postavených na ontologických a sémantických modeloch, komplexnej integrácii dát a procesov a procesnej automatizácii.

Roman Čupka

CSO | IstroSec | Slovensko

Roman Čupka má viac ako 15 rokov skúseností na trhu ICT v oblasti počítačových sietí, IT infraštruktúry, informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosť. V posledných rokoch pôsobí ako konzultant so zameraním na moderné technológie monitoringu infraštruktúry a počítačových sietí, analýzy dát, detekcie a reakcie na incidenty, automatizáciu a aplikovania fundamentálnych princípov kybernetickej bezpečnosti v organizáciách.

Tomáš Masný

CISO | Slovak Telekom & T-Mobile CZ | Slovensko

Tomáš Mašný v súčasnosti zastáva pozíciu CISO v spoločnostiach Slovak Telekom a T-Mobile Česká Republika, ktoré sú súčasťou skupiny Deutsche Telekom. V oblasti bezpečnosti pôsobí od roku 2005 a v ICT/telco pracuje už 17 rokov. Počas svojej kariéry pôsobil ako konzultant v Európe pre klientov v energetike, plynárenstve, bankovníctve a vládnom sektore ako expert. V telco prostredí zastával pozície od experta, programového manažéra až po manažéra. Implementoval a naďalej implementuje mnoho inovatívnych, strategických a transformačných zmien, či už v rámci telekomunikačných fúzií alebo ako súčasť strategického rozvoja v oblasti hĺbkovej obrany biznisu spoločností, pričom hlavnou misiou je, bola a bude zabezpečenie bezpečnosti zákazníckych služieb a majetku podnikového prostredia. Rodina, záhrada, včely a príroda sú jeho relaxáciou, keď práve nie je v obrannej línii.

Michal Srnec

CISO | Aliter Technologies | Slovensko

V Aliter Technologies vedie agendu kybernetickej bezpečnosti so zameraním na riadenie rizík, SOC/SIEM a ochranu dát v cloude. Má viac než 10 rokov skúseností s návrhom a zavádzaním bezpečnostných architektúr, incident response a automatizáciou. Je držiteľom PhD v aplikovanej informatike. Témam ohľadom informačnej bezpečnosti sa aktívne venuje aj ako autor a rečník.

Pavol Dovičovič

Certifikovaný audítor kybernetickej bezpečnosti, lektor a konzultant s dlhoročnými skúsenosťami v oblasti kybernetickej bezpečnosti. Počas svojej kariéry pôsobil na viacerých technických aj riadiacich pozíciách, kde sa venoval najmä návrhu a implementácii bezpečnostných opatrení v rôznych sektoroch. Okrem odborného pôsobenia sa venuje aj vzdelávaniu a osvete, kde pomáha organizáciám aj jednotlivcom lepšie porozumieť rizikám digitálneho sveta a efektívne im čeliť.

Rastislav Beňo

Rastislav Beňo počas svojej karéry pôsobil na rôznych manažérskych pozíciách v oblasti vývoja, prevádzky a riadenia IT v bankovom sektore. Následne sa venoval Informačnej bezpečnosti, krízovému riadeniu a plánovaniu kontinuity činností v sektore telekomunikácií. V súčasnosti je zodpovedný za riadenie informačnej bezpečnosti a kybernetickej odolnosti pre EMEA región v globálnej spoločnosti pôsobiacej v oblasti chemického priemyslu. Súčasťou jeho úloh je vybudovanie tímu informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosti ako aj návrh, implementácia a štandardizácia procesov informačnej bezpečnosti v prostredí medzinárodnej korporácie.

V kybernetickej bezpečnosti je doma už viac než 15 rokov. Začínala v IT firmách, kde zavádzala ISO štandardy, robila interné audity a starala sa o ochranu osobných údajov. Postupne si rozšírila záber – od compliance a regulácií až po odolnosť dodávateľských reťazcov a riadenie kybernetických rizík. Dnes pôsobí v globálnej spoločnosti, kde vedie tím a aj niekoľko multitímových iniciatív. Baví ju spájať ľudí, prepájať rôzne pohľady, premieňať zložité témy na konkrétne výsledky a meniť pohľad na bezpečnosť z povinnej jazdy na konkurenčnú výhodu.

Ondrej Krajč

Solution Architect | ESET | Slovensko

Ondrej Krajč vyštudoval na Slovenskej Technickej Univerzite v Bratislave, kde sa hlavne zaoberal návrhom metropolitných optických sietí a zabezpečením dát. Predtým, než nastúpil do spoločnosti ESET v roku 2008 ako Technical Support Engineer, prešiel viacerými pozíciami, medzi ktoré patrila napríklad projektantská činnosť a administrácia sieťových prostredí rôznych firiem. V spoločnosti ESET bol zodpovedný za implementácie a optimalizáciu antivírusového riešenia pre veľkých zákazníkov. Aktuálne sa už viac ako 15 rokov venuje IT bezpečnosti. Aktuálne pracuje na pozícii Solution Architect. Jeho hlavnou náplňou práce je konzultačné poradenstvo pri veľkých implementáciách bezpečnostných produktov ESET v segmente enterprise, ako aj prezentačná činnosť.

Ivan Malík

CEO/CTO spoločnosti Logicworks, ktorú založil a úspešne buduje od roku 2004. Apple platformám sa venuje takmer 25 rokov – od technických rolí až po strategické vedenie firmy. Patrí medzi popredných odborníkov na integráciu a správu Apple zariadení v podnikovej sfére a dlhodobo presadzuje ich využitie ako bezpečného a efektívneho pracovného nástroja. Vyštudoval Nottingham Trent University so zameraním na manažment a marketing. K jeho profesným aj osobným záujmom patria kryptografické algoritmy, programovanie a aplikácia umelej inteligencie.

Martin Zajíček

Informačnej bezpečnosti sa venuje už od vysokej školy, začal ako klasický ajťák, pokračoval ako IT manažér, následne 20 rokov pôsobil ako externý konzultant v oblasti bezpečnosti so zameraním na organizačnú aj technickú bezpečnosť ako havarijné plány, BIA, analýzy rizík, ochrana osobných údajov, bezpečnostné audity OS/DB, penetračné testy, testy sociálneho inžinierstva. Niekoľko rokov pokračoval ako interný IT/SEC audítor v najväčšej slovenskej banke a aktuálne pôsobí ako CISO.

Maximilián Strémy

Profesor Maximilián Strémy je novým rektorom STU v Bratislave. Funkcie sa ujal 7. septembra 2025. Doposiaľ pôsobil 4 roky ako prorektor STU pre strategické projekty, rozvoj, inovácie a prax. Zodpovedal za medzinárodné a rozvojové projekty, spoluprácu s priemyslom, inovácie, transfer technológií, za technologický inkubátor a ďalšie aktivity. Je úspešným pedagógom a výskumníkom, pôsobil a prednášal na viacerých zahraničných univerzitách. Je profesorom v odbore automatizácia. Orientuje sa najmä na podporu inovácií a talentov, ktoré sú predpokladom úspešného Slovenska.

Florian Ettinger

Florian Ettinger je architekt riešení v spoločnosti AWS, ktorý sa špecializuje na sprevádzanie zákazníkov z oblasti finančných služieb v strednej Európe pri ich prechode na cloud. Pomáha organizáciám pri migrácii do cloudu pri zachovaní najvyšších bezpečnostných štandardov, ktoré sú pre finančné inštitúcie nevyhnutné.

Branislav Magula

Global Cyber Security Manager | Marelli | Slovensko
Branislav Magula, CISSP, je skúsený odborník s bohatou praxou v riadení informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosti v IT a OT prostredí. Pôsobil v rôznych odvetviach, vrátane kritickej infraštruktúry. V spoločnosti Marelli, kľúčovom dodávateľovi technológií pre automobilový priemysel, vedie viaceré globálne bezpečnostné tímy a podieľa sa na návrhu, hodnotení a implementácii opatrení na posilnenie kybernetickej odolnosti IT/OT infraštruktúry. Zároveň aktívne participuje na príprave a realizácii strategických iniciatív v oblasti informačnej a kybernetickej bezpečnosti. Vo voľnom čase sa venuje rodine a horskej cyklistike.

Hrdý Košičan v exile. 25 rokov z pozície technologického konzultanta diskutuje, navrhuje a reviduje riešenia pre ukladanie, dostupnosť, ochranu a odolnosť dát. V aktuálnej päťročnici s primárnym fokusom na hrozby typu ransomware. Už druhú dekádu na výplatnici Veeamu.

Ing. Radoslav Stefanek

Ing. Radoslav Stefanek is an experienced leader in the field of digital transformation and innovation in public administration.

He specializes in strategic management and crisis management, and has long held key positions in state administration as well as in public enterprises.

At the Ministry of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, he oversees the main agendas of digital transformation in public administration, including information technology, innovation, and cybersecurity. He is responsible for the strategic coordination, policy development, and effective implementation of the ministry’s priorities. Based on the Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 368 of July 4, he was appointed as the Government Plenipotentiary for Artificial Intelligence.
In the past, he served as the Director General of the Railways of the Slovak Republic (2023) and as a member of the Board of Directors and Director of the Services Division at the Slovak Railway Company (2016–2022). At the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs, and Family of the Slovak Republic, he held several managerial positions, including Director of the Office of the General Secretary of the Service Office (2012–2016), Director of the Management Support Department, and Director General of the Social Affairs Inspection (2024–2025).
He earned his engineering degree in Marketing and Management from Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He further expanded his expertise through specialized education in project management at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences in Riga.
