AI – new standard or opulent threat?
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is part of our lives, from personalized recommendations to complex decision-making processes in companies. With the growing deployment of AI solutions, questions arise about their safety, correctness and ethics. How can we ensure that AI systems are not only effective but also trustworthy?
In the panel discussion, we will focus on the challenges that are associated with the development, implementation and testing of AI technologies. We will open up the questions: Is AI safe? What are the risks associated with the use and deployment of artificial intelligence? What can we do to minimize these risks? Responsibility in cybersecurity also extends to checking that AI does not reveal too much or mislead. Can we test artificial intelligence at all? Are there limits to testing AI systems? Is it possible to fully verify the correctness of the decisions? How to properly assess the performance of AI systems compared to traditional testing methods? Many people trust AI without critical verification, can AI be relied upon? Schools are encouraging the use of artificial intelligence systems. Is this right, and will we have specialized subjects in schools?
We will also be interested in implementing AI in public and private organizations: How to effectively and safely implement AI solutions in corporate practice and culture? What are the biggest obstacles and how to overcome them?
The aim of the discussion is to bring up-to-date trends and approaches in cybersecurity related to AI and to find practical recommendations for organizations that want to integrate AI safely and responsibly into their processes.

Incident – the question is not if but (SINCE) when
Preparing for incidents, detecting them early and managing them effectively determines the level of damage, the reputation of the organisation and the speed of recovery. In a panel discussion, experts from the field will share their experiences of how organisations – from large companies to their outsourced suppliers – prepare for crisis situations in cyberspace.
We will discuss what the incident detection process looks like, when and how to involve external partners, how escalation works, and what place automation and threat intelligence play in the process today. We will also cover the topic of internal and external communication during an incident, the functioning of a crisis team and business recovery. We’ll close the panel with a look at how to effectively process lessons learned and ensure that mistakes become lasting lessons, not repeated failures, and a reflection on the biggest challenges for incident response in the future.

Is there a future for on-prem data?
Does on-prem data still have a future? Let’s talk together about the place of on-premise solutions in the era of cloud, hybrid infrastructures and increasing security risks. We’ll open up the topic of data control, the unclear ‘end’ of the cloud, where the data actually goes, as well as legislative challenges and the thin line between personal and corporate digital environments. The discussion will give space to experts who are willing and eager to share their experiences so far, their opinions and maybe even their strategy in this area for the future. Get ready for an open exchange of opinions from speakers and panelists who are not afraid to say why they (don’t) believe in the future of on-prem solutions.
14:30 – 15:25
Panel discussion
One product – twenty suppliers
The world is increasingly interconnected and complicated. No service is provided by just one company anymore, as attackers know all too well. What does third-party security mean in different sectors? How to contract suppliers to make services secure? How to keep track of who has access to our data and how they process it? We will also discuss third-party incidents, vulnerability solutions and issues with unsupported software.
